Highly recommend Gastronomic Arts Barcelona's Paella Cooking class. My husband, adult daughter and I participated in the small group class. It was fun and interactive. Started with the basics as to what is Paella truly.
Learned how to make Sangria as well and got to sip on that while we cooked. Also, made a simple Almond Cake for dessert. Learned that I was making Paella incorrectly and now I have the secret - do not stir the rice.
We had a great group with us and enjoyed the interactive cooking and fun discussions. The meal was delicious. The location is a painted door off a side street so its easy to miss. Class lasted about 3 hours from start to finish.

We had a great experience. We began with the walk to the market for fresh ingredients, to the explanation and tasting of sangria, to the step-by-step cooking of Paella and finally the eating of our delicious meal, topped off with a cake. It was worth the money and time.
