THE AMAZING RACE — GAB LAB EDITION
Forget team building. Start racing.
One starting line. Multiple teams. A city full of clues. One goal: figure it out together.
Welcome to a team-building experience that takes your people out of the meeting room and drops them into an unforgettable city adventure.
Teams race between secret locations, crack clues, tackle Roadblocks and take on unexpected challenges relying on each other’s strengths to make it to the finish line.

-
Your city becomes the playground.
-
Your team becomes the strategy.
-
And anything can happen along the way.
THIS IS NOT YOUR AVERAGE TEAM DAY.
No awkward icebreakers. No trust falls. No sitting around talking about teamwork.
Instead, we create situations where real teamwork happens naturally.
One challenge might need your best problem-solver. The next might need creativity.
Another could require confidence, communication, leadership or someone who can keep everyone moving when the pressure is on.
Nobody knows exactly what’s coming next.
And that’s the point.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
01
The race is on.
TEAM UP
We divide your group into competing teams and bring everyone together at a secret or iconic starting location. Then the first clue drops.
02
FOLLOW THE CLUES
Teams navigate through the city, deciphering clues that lead them from one location to the next. But getting there is only half the challenge.
03
EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED
Roadblocks. Detours. Puzzles. Creative missions. Local interactions. Photo challenges.
Every stop brings something different and every challenge is designed to draw on different strengths within the team.

04
FIGURE IT OUT TOGETHER
Teams need to communicate, make decisions, adapt their strategy and decide who should step forward when it matters.
Because the fastest team isn't necessarily the strongest team.
05
RACE TO THE FINISH
Everything builds towards one final destination.
Teams reunite. Results are revealed. Prizes are awarded.
And one team earns the ultimate bragging rights:
AMAZING RACE CHAMPIONS.
FUN WITH A PURPOSE.
Your team will be having too much fun to realise how much team development is actually happening.
Behind every clue and challenge is an opportunity to practise the behaviours that make teams stronger:
Communication
Sharing information clearly when time matters.
Collaboration
Combining different personalities, perspectives and strengths.
Problem-solving
Finding solutions when the answer isn't immediately obvious.
Leadership
Knowing when to step forward and when to let someone else lead.
Adaptability
Changing direction when Plan A suddenly becomes Plan B.
Connection
Shared experiences that break down barriers and bring people closer.
The result?
Not another team-building activity people forget by Monday.
A shared story they'll still be talking about months later.
