***Please arrive a few minutes early to avoid being late

PLEASE BE ON TIME!  We strongly suggest arriving a few minutes early, and there are plenty of bars, stores, and cafes nearby.  Unfortunately, we cannot wait for you as the market is always busy, it's difficult to hear you on the phone plus it's not fair to the other guests. So if you are running late, we suggest you meet the group at the meeting point, when they return from the market (approximately 40 minutes after your class has started).

There is a doorbell above the mailbox but we cannot guarantee someone will be there while the group is at the market. So simply put, PLEASE DON'T BE LATE, we don't enjoy leaving you behind any more than you enjoy missing part of the class!

You will be asked at checkout for any special dietary requirements or food allergies, and the Chef will double-check on the day of your experience. In the unlikely event that something should happen, we are 280m from Urgent Care. 


Monday to Saturday: 8:00am - 8:30pm

Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays. 

*** We still offer classes on dates the market is closed. We have a local provider who supports us these days. We promise you will still have a great time and enjoy a delicious meal!

YES, you can customize your experience, and you will be given the option to select upon finalizing payment. Sorry, but we do not offer a reduced price for the Vegetarian option.

*** The chef will also ask everyone about food allergies and dietary requirements at the start of the class 

YES, we do accept a deposit on most reservations. You will be given the option at checkout. 

YES, we do host corporate, private, and custom events. Please use the Private Group tab in the Top Menu, or you can CLICK HERE.

YES, all ages are welcome! However, as we are using an open flame, hot oil, sharp knives, and sangria is being served, we ask that anyone under 16 years of age be accompanied by a "responsible" parent or legal guardian.    

Yes, we have plenty of space to hold your items while we go to the market or during the class. Check with any of our team members for help. While our space is safe, we do not accept any responsibility for lost or missing items.

Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel your booking or part of it, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be possible depending on the type of booking and the timing of your request, and any cancellation is at our discretion. This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Our standard cancellation charges cover the cost of processing your cancellation and compensate us for the risk that we may not be able to resell your travel arrangements. 

Standard Cancellation Policy (Reservations of 1-9 people)

In all cases, we will TRY to find an alternative solution that mutually benefits us both. However, in all other cases, the following will apply:

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled class date. 

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled class date and time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled date and time, may not be accepted.

Private / Group Reservations Cancellation Policy (10+ people) :

Cancellation Deadline for Private & Group Reservations: To cancel your reservation, you must notify us, no later than 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

Cancellation Fees: If you cancel your Private or group reservation less than 10 days before your scheduled date, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of your reservation. If you cancel less than 5 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total cost of your reservation.

No Shows: If you do not show up for your reservation without canceling in advance, you will be charged a no-show fee equal to 100% of the total cost of your reservation.

Refunds: If you cancel your reservation within the cancellation deadline, we will refund any deposit or payment made, less the applicable cancellation fee.

Gift Card Policy

Our company offers digital gift cards for purchase as a convenient and flexible gift option. Please review the following terms and conditions for using our gift cards:

    1    Gift card can only be used to access the event listed on the gift card unless otherwise listed

    2    Gift cards expire at end of year - 31st December 2023

    3    Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

    4    If a purchase exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining balance must be paid with another payment method.

    5    Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced. Treat your gift card like cash.

    6    Gift cards are not transferable and may only be used by the recipient.

    7    Our company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the gift card program at any time without notice.
