This might have been our favorite experience in Barcelona. My sisters I had the pleasure of taking a class with Chef Simone. The experience was awesome from start to finish, from the Boquería Market to the paella making portion, there wasn't one thing we didn't love. I purchased very fresh saffron through the school as well for gifts and all were happy!! Amazing and unforgettable experience!!

We couldn't have asked for a better friend-union. My friends and I decided to host a party for our 20th friendship reunion. The gab lab team was incredible from start to finish. We didn't have to think of anything, accept what to wear that night. They even had a surprise Spanish guitar performance and it was a beautiful afternoon! May may even go back for our 40th.
