Terms & Conditions – The Second Helping Membership Last updated: 04 October, 2025 Welcome to The Second Helping, a members-only cooking club designed to bring the joy of cooking into your home each month. By subscribing to our membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions: 1. Membership & Fees The Second Helping membership is offered as a recurring subscription at €7 per month. Membership fees are billed automatically each month on the payment method provided at checkout. All prices are listed in euros and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. 2. What’s Included Each active member will receive: 2–3 new seasonal recipes each month. 1 video tutorial. 1 interactive monthly event (cook-along, Q&A, or challenge). Access to the private members-only blog. Access to the WhatsApp community group. Additional perks such as member spotlights, exclusive recipes, and priority booking for selected classes. 3. Billing & Renewal Subscriptions are auto-renewed monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date. Your subscription starts immediately upon payment and continues until cancelled. If payment cannot be processed, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your membership access until the issue is resolved. 4. Cancellations & Refunds You may cancel your subscription at any time by managing your account settings or contacting us at [insert support email]. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access until then. We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a month. 5. Member Conduct Members are expected to engage respectfully in our online communities. Offensive, inappropriate, or abusive behavior may result in suspension or removal from the membership, without refund. 6. Intellectual Property All recipes, videos, and content provided as part of the membership are for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing, distributing, or republishing our content outside the membership community is not permitted without written consent. 7. Service Changes We may occasionally update the membership features, pricing, or content schedule to improve your experience. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance. 8. Limitation of Liability The Second Helping provides cooking guidance for educational and entertainment purposes. We are not responsible for individual results, dietary restrictions, or food safety issues that may arise from recipes or advice provided. 9. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Barcelona. 10.
