This was one of my favorite experiences in Barcelona hands down. We started off at the market and picked out the ingredients needed for later. The chefs provided a lot of great information on the ingredients and why they’re used, and some history, and it was all very interesting to learn. Headed to the lab, learned how to properly set up and clean, and cook. We had a large party (20 people) and the GAB Lab team did a tremendous job keeping all of us entertained, great conversation and great food! We did the Seafood Paella, Tarta de Santiago, and we learned how to make authentic Spanish Sangria. The GAB Lab staff 10/10, the quality and taste of the food 10/10, the experience a 100/10. I would highly recommend going to do this if you have a half day or so of time while you’re in Barcelona.

Don't know what else to say except the same thing everyone else said, this is a truly amazing experience. Once you find the place (down a very unassuming side street), everything is awesome. Enjoyed the trip to the market and had a blast making sangria and paella. Totally fun and worth every penny...er...euro.
