Change & Cancellation Policy:

• All bookings are subject to GAB LAB’s standard Terms & Conditions.

• You may reschedule your 2026 class up to 15 days before the event with no penalty.

• Cancellations made more than 15 days in advance may be eligible for a partial refund per our policy.

• No-shows or cancellations made within 7 days of the class are non-refundable.

Tote Bag Pickup Policy:

• Tote bags are only available for on-site pickup during check-in at your scheduled Paella class in 2026.

• They cannot be shipped, held, or substituted.
