On September 20th, we at Gastronomic Arts Barcelona celebrate Paella, the most well-known dish to come out of Spain. This is also a day when Valencians and people all over the globe prepare and eat the dish in honor of the Paella's roots, which go well beyond its ingredients and preparation methods. Paella is a dish with proud Valencian origins that has become a global phenomenon. It's the fourth most-searched dish in the world, with eight million searches every year.
