The heart and soul of everything we do
The GAB LAB (short for Gastronomic Arts Barcelona) is at the core of all our experiences. It's just off Las Ramblas and a 3-minute walk from Placa Real. It is 192 m2 and has natural light shining into the kitchen. Aside from the central kitchen and test lab, we have a dining room, bar, and lounge area. The GAB LAB has a quirky interior design, and the walls are covered in original art inspired by our love for food, culture, and Barcelona. It has been newly renovated, and we are excited for you to visit!

***Please arrive a few minutes early to avoid being late
What if I am running late?
PLEASE BE ON TIME! We strongly suggest arriving at least a few minutes early, and there are plenty of neighboring bars, stores, and cafes nearby. Unfortunately, we cannot wait as we typically have a full day with more classes, plus it's not fair to other guests in our group. If you are running late, we suggest you either head to La Boqueria directly and look for a group standing next to seafood (usually just off the main corridor when entering from La Rambla.) or the group will return to The GAB LAB at about 30-40 minutes after the class starting time.
What if I have food allergies or dietary requirements?
You will be asked at checkout for any special dietary requirements or food allergies, and the Chef will double-check on the day of your experience. In the unlikely event that something should happen, we are 280m from Urgent Care.
